Working with Rosie was great. She found the quartz I wanted and at a very affordable price. We got the quartz quickly and installation was also great and quick as well. The Installer was Ismael Carrizales. He is the best! Work was professionally done and the price was very affordable. Highly recommend Rosie and her store and Ismael for installation.

Just had our stairs done last week and the kitchen counter this week. Excellent service, pricing and workmanship. The wife just simply loves her new counter. Everything worked out smooth as can be.

We have used Viva Flooring on two separate remodel projects. They are so pleasant to work with and do an outstanding job. We have one more room to remodel. It is so nice to know we have a reliable, professional company like Viva to help us make it beautiful.

I can’t say enough about the amazing service I received here—it was truly more than five stars! Rosie was such a huge help with the countertops for my home. She made the entire process so easy and stress-free, and her thoughtful communication and follow-up really meant a lot to me.

On another visit, I had the pleasure of working with Julian, who went out of his way to help me track down a specific bathroom tile I had been searching for. His kindness and determination to help didn’t go unnoticed.

The entire task was smooth and unstressful beginning with Julian(sales person) who was knowledgeable and very patience, to Rosie (manager) on paperwork. In addition, Luis and his installation team were clean, respectful and skillful. Finally, the owner Paco was always available for any questions. The entire team had a good line of communication at all times.

VIVA Floors & More replaced the carpeting in two bedrooms that got flooded from a water leak. Julian was most helpful in picking out colors and coordinating the installation, even when he was working from home while ill! They worked with us when we made a couple minor changes and did high quality work. I would strongly recommend them for quality, price, and customer service!

We love our new berber carpet!!! We picked our color, Shipwreck. They came out to measure our floor the same week! We scheduled an installation date and paid in full. Installation happened on the date requested. Carpet is so soft and cushy!! Great experience! Thank you!

We have purchased carpet and this store and our experience was fabulous, on another occasion we were trying to replace a blind that was damaged, they didn’t carry that particular brand however Mr Galvan was very helpful and worked on it free of charge. Who does that anymore? Great people. Highly recommended

Wonderful experience with Viva Floors & More! Rosie found us large samples to try out in our home. Julian spent lots of time making sure that the job would go smoothly and answering all our many questions. Our installers, Luis, and Jose Luis were amazing---showed up on time every day, and truly cared about our home and the way the floors looked when finished. They were artists at mixing the planks so the floor would look like "real

wood." They cleaned up at the end of every day!!

We spoke with the owner on two occasions and were impressed by his willingness to work out the contract so that we were comfortable with it.

I just had to give a shout out for VIVA Floors and More. We have spent the last several months, trying to find an area rug for our bedroom and could not find one big enough. The great people at Viva Floors listened to what we needed and helped us select a great carpet that they then had bound and made it into an area rug.

It’s perfect for our room and fits all of our needs.

The price was very reasonable, especially considering how large it was, and the people at VIVA floors did a great job helping us.
